LEADERSHIP
Roger M. Moore, Jr., SIOR
Roger is the founder of Sperry Van Ness | R. M. Moore and a Knoxville native. Roger has 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has amassed an impressive amount of transactions with the sale and lease of countless commercial properties. In addition to managing the day to day operations of SVN|RMM, Roger continues to provide personalized services to his book of long-time clients.
Joe Petre
Joe spent 7 years (1999-2006) with one of the largest Section 8 redevelopment companies in the Southeastern United States. During his tenure, the company acquired, redeveloped, and managed properties for its own account. During that time, Joe was also involved in higher educa-tion development projects doing consulting and planning for student housing projects. Joe has per-sonally owned student housing since 1998. Since 2007, Joe has been involved in the planning of two high rise condominium development projects and the successful completion of a third low rise project.

Heidi C. Adams, CCIM
Heidi is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Senior Advisor in the office. Heidi brings 25 years of diverse commercial real estate experience to the team. She has extensive experience in investment acquisitions and dispositions. From 2005 to 2009, Heidi was directly in-volved in excess of $281 million in real estate transactions. During her career, Heidi has received numerous awards for her production volume and commitment to commercial real estate.
John Mark Braswell
John Mark is an Associate Advisor with SVN|RMM. Prior to joining SVN|RMM, John Mark worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers New York City office in the Financial Instruments and Credit Group. John Mark brings specialized analytical and financial modeling expertise to the team.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Lisa J. Mateja, CAM
Lisa is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and fills the role of senior property manager for the Knoxville team. Lisa brings in ex-cess of 15 years experience in every aspect of multifamily manage-ment. In addition to her depth of experience as a multifamily man-ager, Lisa has also handled construction management for ground-up construction of a Class A development and has successfully leased and managed student housing communities.
